Do I need a boating license?
In Wisconsin, state law requires you to have a boater’s license if you were born after January 1, 1989.
What is included with the rental?
Life jackets, required safety equipment, and a full briefing are included with every rental.
How many people can the boat hold?
Each boat has a maximum capacity based on manufacturer and safety guidelines. Capacity details are listed with each boat.
Can I bring food and drinks onboard?
Yes! Feel free to bring your own food and drinks. We ask that you limit coolers to one standard sized cooler. Please help keep the boat clean.
Is fuel included?
Fuel is billed to the credit card on file based on usage during your rental time.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. In the event of severe weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule or discuss options.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but per our company policy, we ask that pets remain ashore during your rental time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to commencement of your reservation will result a refund of 50% of the deposited amount.
City Beach Pontoons is not responsible for weather. There will be no refunds given due to weather conditions. Likewise, City Beach Pontoons is not responsible for closed lakes due to high water conditions.
Health & Safety Information
All Passengers 13 years and younger must wear a lifejacket at all times while on the boat per Wisconsin State Law.
The boat operator must be responsible and sober while operating the boat.
Do not exceed passenger or weight capacity.
Follow all posted speeds limits, no-wake zones, and lake regulations.
Remain seated while the boat is in motion.
Be aware of weather conditions and return to the shore if the weather seems unsafe.
